Over the past few years, many families have seen screen time become a bigger part of daily life.

Games, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Shorts, and countless other apps can hold attention for hours at a time.

Using a phone or tablet isn’t the problem.

The real challenge begins when screen time means users:

 

• spend hours sitting without moving;
• stop taking regular breaks;
• create daily conflict around screen time;

• choose screens over regular physical activity.

Just take a quick movement break first.

Instead of fighting technology, we decided to use it for something positive.

 

We created an app that combines screen time with healthy movement, helping families build better habits without constant arguments or strict bans.

Parenting in the digital age isn’t easy.

Many families know this conversation.

“Five more minutes.”

“I’m almost done.”

“Just one last video.”

 

What starts as a simple reminder can turn into frustration for everyone.

Completely banning screens isn’t realistic.

Unlimited screen time isn’t the answer either.

 

We believe there’s a better way.

The camera automatically recognizes the movement and counts every repetition.

We don’t aim to stop device use.

As soon as the goal is reached, the selected apps are unlocked automatically.

No yelling.

No negotiations.

No daily battles over screen time.

Why physical activity?

​Our bodies aren’t designed to sit still for hours.

Our goal isn’t to turn anyone into an athlete. Our goal is to make movement a natural part of everyday screen-time habits.

Camera-Based Exercise Tracking

Using camera-based motion recognition, the app can automatically detect squats, push-ups, and crunches through your device’s camera.


Users simply perform the exercise.

The app recognizes every movement, counts each repetition, and unlocks access as soon as the goal is reached.

 

No extra hardware.

 

No complicated setup.

 

Just move.
