Mira Move App
PRIVACY POLICY
# Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 29, 2026
Mira Move (the "App" or "Service") is distributed on iOS by Darya Davidyuk and on Android by DAVIDYUK LLC. In this Privacy Policy, "Mira Move", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the applicable app provider for the platform on which you downloaded the App.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may access or process, how it is used, when it may be shared, and what choices are available to users.
## 1. Information We May Access or Process
### 1.1 No Account Registration
Mira Move does not currently require account registration. We do not currently operate a Supabase account system or user profile backend for Mira Move.
### 1.2 App Settings and Local Preferences
The App may store information locally on your device, including:
- app language and interface preferences;
- onboarding and tutorial state;
- workout settings;
- selected exercises and workout progress;
- subscription display state and entitlement status received from the app stores or RevenueCat;
- optional Control / digital wellbeing settings on Android, if you enable that feature.
### 1.3 Workout, Camera, and Exercise Information
The App may use your device camera to help recognize exercise movement during workout sessions. Camera frames and pose information are processed for workout functionality. We do not use the camera to identify you, and we do not sell camera data.
Unless a feature clearly asks you to save or share something, workout camera processing is intended to happen on the device for exercise guidance and counting.
The App may also process workout-related information such as:
- selected exercise type;
- repetitions, timers, and workout progress;
- exercise completion state;
- local workout history or statistics, where supported by the App.
### 1.4 Android Control / Digital Wellbeing Information
If you enable the optional Control feature on Android, the App may access or process limited device information needed to provide that feature, including:
- apps you choose to include in your personal Control routine;
- usage-threshold state needed to determine when to show a movement break;
- temporary unlock state and timing;
- permission and capability status, such as Usage Access, notifications, overlay capability, accessibility-service status, and foreground-service state.
This feature is voluntary and user-controlled. We do not use it to read the content of other apps, messages, photos, or private communications.
### 1.5 Purchase and Subscription Information
If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription entitlements across platforms.
We may receive or process limited subscription-related information, such as:
- product identifier;
- entitlement status;
- subscription period;
- purchase, renewal, cancellation, or expiration status;
- store-provided transaction or receipt information needed to verify access.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payment information is handled by Apple, Google, and their payment processors.
### 1.6 Device, Technical, and Diagnostic Information
The App and third-party services may process limited technical information needed for functionality, security, purchases, and diagnostics, such as:
- device platform and operating system version;
- app version;
- locale, timezone, and regional settings;
- technical identifiers used by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or mobile operating systems to provide subscriptions and app functionality;
- crash or diagnostic information if provided by the operating system or store tools.
### 1.7 Device Permissions
Depending on the features you use, the App may request access to:
- camera;
- notifications;
- Android Usage Access for optional Control functionality;
- Android Accessibility Service, overlay, and foreground-service capabilities for optional Control functionality;
- device storage or media access if required by a future feature or platform behavior.
We request permissions only when they are needed for the relevant feature.
## 2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide workout and exercise features;
- process exercise movement and repetition counting;
- operate optional Android Control / digital wellbeing functionality;
- remember local settings and preferences;
- manage premium subscription access;
- restore purchases;
- provide support and respond to user requests;
- maintain app security, stability, and functionality;
- comply with legal obligations and app-store requirements.
## 3. Third-Party Services and Platforms
The App may rely on third-party services and platform providers, including:
- Apple App Store for iOS downloads, purchases, subscriptions, and subscription management;
- Google Play for Android downloads, purchases, subscriptions, and subscription management;
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management;
- Apple and Google operating-system frameworks required for camera, notifications, billing, permissions, diagnostics, and app functionality;
- on-device pose or movement-recognition libraries used for workout features.
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. We use them only as needed to provide the App and its features.
## 4. When We May Share Information
We may share limited information:
- with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and platform service providers as needed for purchases, subscriptions, app delivery, diagnostics, and support;
- with vendors or service providers acting on our instructions;
- when required by law, legal process, or government request;
- to protect the rights, safety, users, the App, or third parties;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar transaction, where permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising tracking.
## 5. Data Retention
Most Mira Move settings and workout-related state are stored locally on your device and remain there until you delete the App, reset the App, or change the relevant settings.
Subscription records may be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or their service providers according to their own legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
## 6. Your Choices
You can:
- manage camera, notification, Usage Access, Accessibility, overlay, and other permissions in your device settings;
- disable optional Control functionality by turning off its settings and permissions;
- manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play;
- restore purchases in the App where available;
- delete locally stored app data by removing the App from your device;
- contact us at support@miramove.fun for privacy or support requests.
## 7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
## 8. Children
The App is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required by your country to use apps or subscriptions independently, you should use the App only with permission from a parent or guardian.
If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, please contact us at support@miramove.fun.
## 9. International Data Processing
The App, app stores, RevenueCat, and platform providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.
## 10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted at https://miramove.fun/privacy-policy or another page where the App's legal documents are published. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
